Paper Cups process:
1. Insulated paper cup acturally has 2 layers, which is why it has insulation function.
2. The first layer is the innner white unprinted paper cup
3. The second layer is a piece of white paperboard fan with customer design or logo or brand prined.
Material and methods:
Our paper cup all are made from the virgin paper pulp, absolutely food grade, no harm to human beings.
There are Flexo printing and Offset printing 2 methods, using the food grade ink, no odors and smells
when pouring hot water into cup.
